International and local shipping options

My main business is in the UK and any international shipping cost will need to be calculated and confirmed prior to completing any transaction.

UK Shipping costs

All additional cost for shipping in the UK is additional to the cost of the products in the store. Cost of posting will be dependant on weight and size of the final order and I will confirm this with my clients before final payment as there is an option of using 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail service

Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages

We will return and exchange goods if found to be faulty and evidence can be given to back up this claim. Please allow 30 days to review and act on this issue following request for return and exchange. All UK deliveries will be undertaken by Royal Mail  and any lost packages will need to be queried with them

Order processing and delivery times

After receipt of order we will calculate the shipping cost and add tis to your final transaction cost. Payment will be required before products will be posted. We normally turn around any order within 3 working days of order and then you will need to allow time for Royal Mail to deliver the parcel
